Eldohr Adventures: Search for the Lost Kingdom (Part 1) 2009
by T.L. Wood
Eldohr is a magical land, where two peaceful kingdoms exist in harmony. All is changed on the dreadful day when the evil dragon, Alibastizor, and his two brothers appear. They terrorize the kingdoms with their magic, kidnap the innocent Princess Zara, and, using a strange spell, turn everyone in the kingdom into wood.
Princess Zara has a unique ability—her tears change into precious gems. Alibastizor learns of this, and takes the beautiful princess to his castle. More importantly, the dragon demands a rare gemstone that will give him unyielding power. All seems hopeless for the princess as she struggles in her captivity.
Zara’s only hope is on the shoulders of the selfish Prince Elrick. He must save her from the dragon’s castle before Alibastizor grows tired of her defiance. On his journey to rescue the princess, Elrick encounters trolls, faeries, elves, and ghastly beasts. Even with the help of friends and magic spells, Elrick’s journey seems hopeless, and the beautiful Princess Zara doomed.

Legends in Time: Exiles (Part 2) 2008
by Vincent Hobbes, Nathan Palmer, & Jordan Benoit
The hunt for Veris continues in Exiles, the second installment of this epic series. Veris furthers his journey north, but is no longer alone. Lorylle, the woman with whom he is falling in love, and the Sword of Ellsar, Antiok, join him. Makheb travels to the desolate Endlands to confront Ramunak while several members of the Imperial Senate consolidate their power. Their overthrow of Nador is in full effect and word is spread throughout the empire that Veris is an outlaw.
Meanwhile, after many years of self-imposed exile, another war hero returns to a home that is unrecognizable. Tornach, a great warrior from the past, re-enters the world of men. But his barbaric accent and unsophisticated ways immediately find him trouble. The people of Crevail turn on the man, despite his valiant efforts during the wars. He must flee Crevail with a man he does not know, in hopes of finding a better life for himself in the logging town of Chybum.
Tragedy reaches the far northern settlement of Whelmore as the pursuing General Thad is sent to capture Veris. Unknowing of the danger in which he has put the town, Veris leaves with Lorylle and heads to Chybum, where he will seek safe passage through the dreaded Denok Forest.
As the warped storms sustain their vengeance on the human lands, all the while covering more ground, the misfortunes of the beautiful Nadorian Empire begin to come into full view before every inhabitant’s waking eyes.

Legends in Time: The Contrived Senator (Part 1) 2007
by Vincent Hobbes, Nathan Palmer, & Jordan Benoit
The Contrived Senator is the first installment in the Legends in Time series. The story begins in the newly formed nation of Nador. After years of war and bloodshed, the people of the world of Men are finally at peace . . . or so they think.
Recently, strange purple storms have appeared over the great Empire of Nador. They are wreaking havoc on the civilization, coating the lands with an extraordinary purple ash. These storms bring uncertainty into the known world, and the people are anxious.
Veris is a high-ranking senator who has loyally served Nador. Upon the appearance of the storms, Veris’ life is changed forever. The revered Emperor Makheb, who many believe is more god-like than human, summons him. Veris is told of the grave news of Nador’s future. These storms are the beginning of something far more sinister, and time is ticking as the emperor and Veris must save the empire from falling into the wrong hands.
And so the journey begins—one of infinite proportions. Hastily headed north, Veris must survive the attempts of assassins and strange beasts of unknown lands. He has to venture into the murky swamps of Nador, where vile creatures called ethithu are numerous, and deadly. He must face his past, and confront a Senate with wicked intentions.
In an age where mankind and beast alike live in parallel, an age of great civilizations and boundless adventure, something else labors against the current—something inexplicable—something ominous. Dark times will ensue, and an imperial senator named Veris will be cast into a journey he never thought probable.

Feeling Your Way to Happiness 2004
by Chris Norton
This book by motivational speaker and fitness instructor, Chris Norton is a great self-help book that explores – through the power of positive energy – how religion, fitness, and everyday thought processes will help build, not only self-confidence, but also instill a feeling of well-being and meaning in an otherwise cutthroat society. With the widespread success of self-help books on the market, Feeling Your Way to Happiness is a fresh approach to this genre. The response by the public to this book has been overwhelming as it has helped countless individuals in the Dallas/Fort Worth area turn around their lives for the better.
